Deborah G. Payton age 63, of Charlestown, Indiana, passed away on August 27, 2016 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville. She was born on October 26, 1952 in Louisville, Kentucky. Deborah was a member of the Church of Nazarene in Borden, Indiana. Survivors include: 2 daughters, Cynthia Lazaro of Charlestown, and Kimberly Martinez of Charlestown; 2 brothers, Johnny Potts of Florida, and Robert Potts of Salem; sister, Linda Ferguson of Kentucky; 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by: parents, Charles E. Potts and Sylvia M. (White) Potts; husband, Samuel Lopez. The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday at Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Borden.
