Dawn Wadsack

Hazel Dawn Wadsack of Salem, passed away Monday March 9, 2009 at 8:03 pm at her residence, at the age of 40. Born on November 1, 1968 in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Olen Wayne Seabolt and Mary (Sparks) Seabolt. She married Ronald Joseph Wadsack on February 20, 1989, who survives. Other survivors include 1 Son Ronald Matthew Wadsack. 2 Daughters Mary Elizabeth Wadsack and Katerina Nichole Wadsack all of Salem. 3 Brothers Ricky Seabolt of Pekin, Wayne Seabolt of Pekin, and Michael Seabolt. 1 Sister Diane Ratts of Pekin. Preceded in death by her parents. Viewing will be from 6-8 pm Friday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. There will be no funeral. Cremation will follow the viewing.
