David Majewski

David Majewski, 62, of Salem, Indiana, passed away at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. Born on May 5, 1962, he was the son of the late Anthony and Patricia Majewski.

He is survived by his sister, Donna Majewski.

There will be no services.
