Claire Wesner

Claire Wesner, age 99, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, February 10, 2021. Born November 17, 1921 in Jefferson Township, Washington County, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Cleo and Penelope (Caspar) Wesner.
She was a retired operator at Ameritech and attended Southport Christian Church.
Claire is survived by her nieces and nephews: Phillip (Norma) Wesner, Daniel Wesner, John (Mary) Gregory, Diane Wesner, Cindy (David) Alchin, Mary Beth (Bill) Tuggle, Carole (Tom) Haskamp, Laura (Rob) Lindenbusch, and Kathy (Kris) Wesner; 6 great nieces and nephews; and 9 great great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleo and Nelle Wesner; brothers Phillip and Ned (Bernadine) Wesner; sisters June (Jim) Curtis and Shirley (Greg) Gregory; nephew Robert (Mindy) Gregory; and great niece Melissa Pittman.
No services will be held; burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery. Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home was entrusted with the funeral care.
