Christopher Jerome Altemeyer, age 47, formerly of Salem, died on September 11. 2014 at his residence in Louisville.
Survivors include: 1 son, Jeremiah Altemeyer; 3 brothers, Mark Altemeyer, Mike Altemeyer and Craig Altemeyer; 1 sister, Kim Altemeyer; 3 grandsons.
Preceded in death by: parents, Stanley Lee Altemeyer and Bernadine (VanWinkle) Altemeyer.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Viewing will be from 4-8 PM Monday and from 9:00 AM Tuesday until time of service at the funeral home.
