Charlotte Ellen (Dwyer) Blevins, age 66,of Salem, died at 9:02 PM Friday March 16, 2012 at the Salem Crossing. Born on June 19, 1945 in Terre Haute, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Vincent Dwyer and Mary Helen (Padgett) Dwyer. She was a retired Nurse, working for several Nursing homes. Survivors include; 2 sons, Paul Dean Sanders and Jack Aaron Sanders; 1 daughter, Mary Thersa Akles; 1 brother, Vincent Michael Dwyer; 6 grandchildren.
