Brenda J (Nichols) Eiler

Brenda J. Eiler age 74 of Pekin, Indiana, passed away on July 14, 2016 at St. Vincent Salem Hospital. She was born on January 12, 1942 in Salem, Indiana. Brenda was a member of the First Baptist Church in Pekin, and active with the Senior Citizen Group in Pekin. She was retired from Peerless Gear in Salem. Survivors include 3 daughters, Wendy Jones & husband Alvin of Salem, Bridget Denzik & husband Steven of Macon, Georgia, and Denise Schocke of Pekin; 3 brothers, Maurice Nichols of Mississippi, Terry Nichols of Florida, and Trent Nichols of Salem; sister, Tonda Nichols of Bedford; 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wendell Nichols and Virginia (Gordon) Nichols; 2 husbands, Frank Bowling and Harold Eiler; 1 brother; 1 grandchild and 1 great grandchild. The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Viewing will be from 4-8 PM Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home in Salem. Burial will be at Crown Hill in Salem. Jerry Goodwin will officiate.
