Betty Sue Roark, age 71, of Salem, Indiana, passed away Wednesday October 16, 2019 at Jewish Hospital Louisville. Born on December 2, 1947 in Barbourville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Jessie Bargo and Nancy (Mills) Carmack.
Betty was retired from Smith Cabinet. She attended Life Tabernacle of Salem.
She is survived by her husband, Orville Roark; 2 sons, Eddie Ray Roark and Marty S. Roark; daughter, Charlene Bush (Frank); grandchildren, Lacy Brown and Bridget Bush.
Preceded in death by her parents, and 2 brothers.
The funeral service will be Saturday at 11:00 AM at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Viewing will be Friday from 4-8 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery. Brother Rodney Wineinger will officiate.
