Annette Givan, age 63, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023, at Baptist Floyd hospital. Born March 1, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Charles Baker and Ida Mary Feather.
Annette was a retired LPN nurse and member of Agape Ministries of Salem.
She is survived by 2 sons: Derick Horsefield and David Horsefield; and 1 brother, Joseph "Randy" Baker.
Annette was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Baker and Ida Mary Feather.
Graveside service will be held Friday, September 1, at 1pm at Crown Hill Cemetery in Salem.
Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home was entrusted with funeral arrangements.
