Allen Lewis Green

Allen Lewis Green, age 43, of Pekin, Indiana, passed away January 2, 2015 at the Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany. Born on December 30, 1971 in Salem, Indiana, he was the son of the late Melvin R. Green and Betty R. (Lewis) Green. He was a life-long resident of Pekin and operated a landscaping business. Survivors include a brother, Mel G. Green of Salem; a half-sister, Sophie Green of Salem; a nephew, Austin Green; and a niece, Emma Levering. Preceded in death by: parents, a half- brother, Timothy Green. The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Thursday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Viewing will be from 5-8 PM Wednesday and from 10 AM until time of service on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Blue River Baptist Cemetery.
