Alan D. Crouch

Alan D. Crouch, age 63, of Salem, Indiana, passed away on March 27, 2018 at the Baptist Health Floyd Hospital in New Albany. He was born on September 3, 1954 in Columbus, Indiana. Alan was a retired shop foreman at C&T Engineering in Seymour. Survivors include his wife, Marcia (Elliott) Crouch of Salem; daughter, Teresa Smith & husband Doug of Hanover; son Troy Dean Baynes & Sherri Shanks of Salem; father, Curtis Crouch of Columbus; brother, Kevin Crouch of Columbus; 2 sisters, Brenda Green of Columbus, & Pat Pursley of South Carolina; 3 grandchildren, Brian Neace of Hanover, Megan Baynes of South Carolina, & Robbie Baynes of South Carolina; great grandson, Nash Barnett of Salem. Preceded in death by his mother, Martha (Tabor) Crouch. The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Friday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Viewing will be Friday from 11:00 until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Franklin Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Heart Association.
