Daniel Lee Godfrey, age 63, of Salem, Indiana, passed away on September 10, 2018 at Meadowview Health and Rehabilitation. Born on October 11, 1954 in Salem, Indiana, he was the son of the late Paul Wilmer Godfrey and Shirley Ann (Hall) Godfrey.
He is survived by a sister, Paula Pennington of Salem; 2 brothers, Jon Godfrey of Borden and Charles Godfrey of Salem; daughter, Jessica Godfrey of Louisville; 4 grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his parents.
There will be no services.
