Brenda Brewer Obituary

Brenda D. Brewer, age 68, of Salem, Indiana, passed away Friday September 13, 2019 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital. She was born on February 7, 1951 in Sodom Indiana.On September 27, 1969 she married Billy Brewer, who passed away on March 27, 2019.

Brenda was an office assistant for the Kimball's Plant in Borden for several years, an author of 2 books, County Correspondent for the Salem Leader, and a member of Mt. Hebron Church.

She is survived by her son, Jason Brewer (Beth); brother, Kermit Stewart; granddaughter, Megan Brewer.

The funeral service will be Tuesday at 6:00 PM at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Visitation will be from 4-8 PM Monday, and Tuesday from 4:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home with cremation to follow.
