Billy L. Brewer Obituary

Billy L. Brewer, age 78, of Salem, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at St. Vincent Salem Hospital. Born on December 28, 1940 in Campbellsburg, Indiana, he was the son of the late Lewis Brewer and Anna Mae (Maudlin) Brewer. On September 27, 1969, he married Brenda (Daily) Brewer.

Bill was an Army Veteran and retired woodworking specialist. He was a member of Mt. Hebron Church near Little York and an Honorary English Yeoman.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Brewer; son, Jason Brewer (Beth); sister, Shirley Singh; granddaughter, Megan Brewer.

Preceded in death by his parents; brother, Robert Brewer; sister, Phyllis Tierno.

The funeral service will be Friday, April 5, 2019 at 8:00 PM at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Salem. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Friday at the funeral home. Rodney Sweeney will officiate. Cremation will follow, with a memorial service at a later date.
